Powder coating aluminium is a process that creates a durable, protective finish of polymer granules.
铝合金的静电喷涂处理是一道能够产生一种耐用型的、高保护度的高分子聚合物颗粒的工序。
Fluidized powder coating is applied to frames through an electrostatic gun, attracting the paint particles into every crevice. Then the frame is heated to between 160C (320F) and 210C (410F) and the powder melts to form a hard, protective coating creating a continuous, seamless application.
通过一把静电枪吸附涂料颗粒，将液化的涂料粉末施力涂抹到框架的每一条细微缝隙中。接着将喷漆好的框架进行加热处理，锻炼温度达160摄氏度到210摄氏度之间，从而使这些粉状物质溶解重塑成一种坚硬的、防护性强的无缝可延伸的保护覆盖层。
